The data controller is Bluebell Taxis (referred to in this policy as “we” or “us”).
We abide by the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) when it comes to how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
When you contact us or we contact you regarding our services, we may collect the
personal data you provide (for example, your name, address and contact details), including by phone, email or when you speak with us through social media.
We may share your personal data with other organisations in the following circumstances:
if the law or a public authority says we must share the personal data or for the administration of justice or with a limited number of other taxi business to facilitate your transport needs due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e delayed trains, flights or issues caused by traffic.
Your personal details or data is not shared with any third party (advertising, marketing or sales) except for means of facilitating your transport/journey needs.
Paper and digital data is destroyed after 3 years from your last contact with us.
Paper data documents are shredded for disposal & digital data is wiped clean from all digial devices.
You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you. This is called a Subject Access Request.
