Airport Transfers
It is the responsibility of the person booking the taxi to make sure all details - times, dates and locations - are correct. Any flight time changes or delays need to be reported to Bluebell Taxis as soon as possible.
Please make sure the correct date is given for the return trip; the date you fly from your destination may differ from the date you land in the UK. It is the responsibility of the person booking the taxi to make sure all dates & times are correct. Extra costs may be incurred due to incorrect details. In the event of an incorrect date or time being given, Bluebell Taxis may not have an alternative time or date available due to other bookings.
It is up to the customer to allow as much or as little time as is needed to get to airport locations. Advice can be given, but ultimately it is up to the customer to allow sufficient time to get to the airport safely and legally, whilst taking into account poor weather, traffic, road works etc.
Delayed Trains
Whenever possible Bluebell Taxis will try and help to find a solution for customer coming off a delayed train. However, due to other bookings it may come about that our taxi is not available due to the late running/delayed train & customers may have to wait or find an alternative taxi provider.
Customers catching a train take priority over customers coming off delayed trains.
Quoted Prices
Unless agreed in advance by Bluebell Taxis, any prices quoted are to be taken as a guide.
Prices are only accurate using the information supplied by the customer. In order for an accurate quote to be given the customer needs to provide specific details of the pick up point, destination drop off location, passenger number and times.
